Founder & CEO
Mia is the founder of Aim Plastic Free, a movement dedicated to combating plastic pollution. Motivated by the environmental devastation she observed from her travels, Mia started raising awareness creatively, including designing a dress made from the plastic bags gathered from everything she consumed in a week. Through her fun 30-day plastic-free challenge, writing and initiatives, she empowers individuals to adopt a plastic-free lifestyle with practical, incremental changes. Her work highlights the health, environmental, and systemic impacts of plastic use, campaigning for a global community committed to sustainable solutions.
Chloé Rothwell
Research Analyst
Chloé is a passionate research analyst at Aim Plastic Free, where she collects, analyses, and interprets data to support innovative solutions to plastic pollution. With expertise in Excel, WordPress, Canva, and CRM tools, she also manages digital content and social media campaigns. Originally from Paris, Chloé graduated from the University of Bristol with a BA in Spanish and Politics and an MSc in Environment, Politics, and Development at SOAS University of London. Her professional journey reflects her commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and impactful communication. When she’s not working on promoting sustainability, you’ll find her hiking, reading old classics, or attending live music events. Her love for live music and the outdoors fuels her passion for creating a more connected, eco-conscious world.
Bella Williams
Operations Manager
Passionate about the environment, Bella has over five years of experience working in sustainable fashion as a Designer and Studio Manager, where she honed her skills in design, studio operations, and team leadership. She has founded two fashion brands, both of which are committed to using ethically sourced fabrics and natural fibres. Bella combines creative innovation with exceptional organisational expertise to drive campaign success.
